We Love Road Trips!
As a kid, my parents took me and my siblings everywhere. Growing up, we saw most of the US, often ventured into Canada and Mexico, and we did it by car. We also did it on a budget. One particular trip that I’ll always remember was with all five of us plus my grandparents. The seven of us traveled by station wagon for over 6,000 miles from the midwest down to Cancun, Mexico, with a big cooler of Spam and other packable lunches.
The best parts of these childhood trips were always the incredible sights we found. We discovered magical places, and we discovered that road travel can make those places more accessible for those who like to explore. That’s the beauty of road trips, and whether you travel alone or with a family, there are so many ways available to make road travel work for you. That brings us to our next point.
Be free to travel and live.
We hope to inspire others to live more fully and freely through travel. For some, this might mean taking epic trips. For others, this could become a lifestyle. After all, “living on the road” and working from the road is becoming easier and more popular.
Our site is intended to be a platform for others to share how they explore their world. We have built tools to help you tell how you travel and where you go. As we enjoy hearing from the community, we’ll be continuing to post our own Trip Logs as well.
If you are getting started with road travel and interested in diving into RV’s or Van life, we’ll be contributing content for selecting a vehicle, as well as how to maintain, operate, and upgrade your vehicle. If you sign up for a free account you can even track your progress in learning, trip preparation, using your RV, and more by updating your personal checklists.
Tools for Ongoing Adventures
Once you are up and running, your free account will provide tools to help you with keeping your rig maintained, packing for trips, and of course telling others about them.
We’re serious about Trip-Logger being focused on community. If you have suggestions or would like to provide feedback I would love to hear from you. The contact form button to the right will route directly to my email. Also, we have a survey button there as well. This is a chance for us to gather more specific input from the community to make sure we’re providing the best value possible to you.
Thank you for your interest and support, and happy trippin’!
